About Aaron Giles

Aaron C. Giles is the Founder and Managing Principal of Agile Consulting Group. Aaron spent five years working within the specialty niche of sales and use tax at Brown & Associates in his hometown of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL before forming his own firm in 2005. He has worked hundreds of audits in states across the U.S. since that time and has delivered savings to his clients in industries ranging from manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, oil & gas, retail and technology. Some of Aaron’s greatest achievements in the realm of sales and use tax have come in successfully arguing new and unique perspectives to existing tax law in various states enabling clients to claim exemptions on categories of purchases previously held to be taxable. Today, he leads a group of talented, detail-oriented colleagues who focus exclusively on operating taxes, with particular strength in the sales and use tax area. Aaron graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Aaron has also earned a Master of Business Administration degree with Honors from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. He currently resides in the Atlanta area with his wife, Magen, and their two children, Maarten and Zoe. In his spare time, he enjoys staying in shape by running and working out.
